I gotta admit, the location was super convenient! There were plenty of grocery stores and restaurants just around the corner, which made grabbing food easy. Plus, the staff was really friendly and accommodating, which helped ease the frustration of my stay.

On the downside, my room was a complete disaster. The carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in ages, and the bathroom was just gross—think mold and a clogged sink. Not to mention the ridiculous noise from outside that kept me awake at night. It's definitely not the comfy xmas getaway I had hoped for!

decent sized, cheap room with comfortable bed. perfect facilities. absolutely perfect location for tempe, near to arizona and airport and a good area. also, really close to the event we were attending.

The hotel's location is good and unbeatable, right by areas of scratched-off paint, airport and eateries and eateries. Within 1 mi you'll find Applebee's, where you can drink something.

convenient access to parks and restaurants for weekend fun

i had a fantastic stay here with convenient access to kiwanis park just under 4 km away for some great outdoor walks and delicious eats at black bear diner a little over 1 km away, making it perfect for easy weekend city explorations.

Check the electrical outlets and request extra towels upon check-in, as they may not be readily available later.

The standard studio room provided comfortable accommodations for my stay. The room cleanliness left much to be desired, with dirty tables and the fridge requiring attention. The check-in process was also slower than expected, a bit frustrating after a long day of travel.

Motel 6 Tempe is pretty handy with lots of eateries around. My room was comfy but could've used a sweep as the floor was sticky. Nice pool area, though it looked a bit murky. Good spot for a budget stay!
